CNS meetup, with a focus on precision neuroscience

1 November, 17:30 – 22:00 GMT

BMA House, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9JP

IDEA Pharma and the CNS Summit are hosting a free-to-attend evening of Alzheimer's innovation with PrecisionLife at the BMA in central London.

The aim of the evening is to start a conversation about precision neuroscience, in which we will :
  • highlight the challenges in R&D and of getting drugs like Aduhelm prescribed
  • explore how patient stratification can improve demonstration of clinical benefit
  • ask what is required to support precision medicines in neuroscience and how it fits with clinical practice

Speakers will present high-resolution patient stratification findings in Alzheimer's disease and breaking insights in other CNS indications.

Speakers:
  • Dr Steve Gardner, Co-founder and CEO, PrecisionLife
  • Dr Alexander Gray, Chief Medical Officer, IDEA Pharma
  • Rapid-fire presentations from novel technologies making a difference in Alzheimer's disease

LEARN how new understanding of the biological mechanisms in patient subgroups is enabling us to identify better drug targets and the patients who will respond favourably to new drugs.

DISCUSS how we can bring more effective, personalized medicines to market and prescribe them to the right patients with unmet medical needs.

Food and drink will be provided, all you need to bring is an open mind.
